Erasmus+ is the European Union\'s program for education, training, youth and sport. With a budget of €26.2 billion for 2021–2027, it is the largest international mobility program in the world.
Türkiye is an Erasmus+ Programme Country, meaning Turkish youth organisations can apply for funding on equal terms with EU organisations.
Official Erasmus+ siteThe European Solidarity Corps (ESC) gives young people aged 18–30 the chance to volunteer, work or do traineeships with organisations across Europe — fully funded.
Turkish young people are eligible to participate, and Turkish organisations can host or send volunteers. ESC is separate from Erasmus+ but uses a similar framework.
Official ESC siteBeyond Erasmus+ and ESC, Europe funds a range of youth and civil society programs. Many are open to Turkish youth organisations.
Germany has one of the deepest bilateral youth cooperation relationships with Türkiye. Dedicated programs and institutions fund youth exchanges, language learning and civic engagement across both countries.
